SCB has set this this app to push all their customers' services here. The bank doesn't allow credit card annual fee and interests fee wavier thru phone but only the App. While I think I'm enjoying the cashback that the bank has given me for the past few months, now they refused to waive off annual fee, late fee and interests (total of $700+). I've made all the payment yet I still cannot cancel my credit card with them. Been supporting them for the past 20+ years, now giving the nightmare!

Been using SCB app for close to 5 years now, and sometimes to find a button such as changing limits is a challenge as it is not intuitive and not easy to remember as it differs from other bank apps. The search function has restricted search areas too, which increases the challenge. It's good that they made the app much more pleasing to the eyes, but still a big room for improvement.

the current app is very easy to use and has a clean interface. easy to navigate. Please make the Transaction screen for Scan To Pay bigger as we have to show it to the hawkers. It's too small to see.
